RETURN, EXCHANGES, & REFUND POLICY
All online, phone, in-person orders:
All goods may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original receipt date and must be unused with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.
We DO NOT offer refunds on any product that have been used (color, trimmed, dyed, wet, or heated) etc. All exchanges will be issued a store credit Exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please Note We DO NOT offer refunds or credit on shipping charges. ALL returned items are subject to verification and authenticity. Once the item(s) have been recieve it will take up to 3 business for the refund amount to be returned to your original form of payment. Note it may take your banking institution and additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
